Wellness
Our Wellness is only available to guests staying in one of our accommodations. You can reserve the Wellness Garden privately through our website and book online yourself. There are no additional costs involved.

 

Payment and reservation
You can check the availability of our various accommodations on the reservation page. You can directly make a reservation here. After booking you will receive a final confirmation from us with all other information and the corresponding invoice.

 

Payment
Within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation, you must pay 50% of the amount due. The rest may be transferred to our bank account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

If you book within six weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid at once. If you pay after the indicated payment deadlines, you will receive a reminder. In case of no response, there is a risk that the reservation will be cancelled. However, you will still have to pay costs as indicated in the HISWA-RECRON conditions.

 

Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival you are welcome from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation before 10.00 AM.

Since our accommodations are not on a vacation park, we do not have a reception. To receive the key you can use our key lockers located next to the front door of your rented accommodation, you can also contact us as soon as you are at the boat. (provided it is 3 PM or later)

 

Bed linen & towels
Bed linen is mandatory to book with your reservation, towels you can bring your own or book extra. Upon arrival, your beds are standard made and a household kit awaits you. You will also be surprised with a nice Texel gift.

 

Cleaning
The cleaning fee is charged with the reservation. This is for the final cleaning. Needless to say, we ask you to leave the accommodation tidy. We also charge a deposit.

 

Tourist tax
Tourist tax is mandatory when renting accommodation.

 

Youth 
Youth are welcome in our accommodations but under certain conditions. In connection with nuisance or damage, it happens that we ask for assistance, extra deposit and/or proof of identification. These conditions are set depending on the age of the guests. You should therefore contact us for this.

 

Pets
Pets are welcome in certain of our accommodations. A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation and per animal we charge 5,50 per day. We ask that you do not leave the dog alone or in a Bench when you are away.

 

Maximum persons allowed
The use of the reserved accommodation with more than the maximum number of people allowed for the accommodation ( including children and babies ) as mentioned on the website is not allowed. 1 baby on the maximum number of persons is allowed. In this case, the business owner can deny the (co-)lessor the use of the accommodation. The tenant is not entitled to restitution. It is not allowed to receive visitors or to let them stay overnight without prior approval of the business owner.

 

Agreements for a pleasant stay
All guests must abide by our established rules. You can read the rules in our information folder under the house rules of your accommodation.

 

(Use of) accommodation 
State of the accommodation and type of use:

 

- The accommodation shall be made available to the (co-)lessor in good condition.  If the (co-)lessor believes that this is not the case, he must immediately report this to the property owner.

- The lessor is obliged to treat the accommodation and its inventory with care.  Tenant will leave the rented property in a clean condition upon departure. Any damage caused by the lessor or co-lessor to the accommodation must be reported by the lessor to the property owner before departure and must be paid for immediately.

- If the accommodation is not left clean or damaged, the business owner is entitled to deduct the damage from the deposit.

- The accommodation may only be used by the tenant for recreational purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.  Recreational purposes shall in any case not mean the use by the tenant of the accommodation during the period that one or more of the users of that accommodation works regardless of whether it is paid or unpaid and regardless of whether it takes place in employment or outside employment. Permanent habitation is not permitted.

 

Cancellation by tenant
If you are unable to use the accommodation booked for you, you will owe the following amounts which are based on the HISWA-RECRON conditions:

 

- For cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date 15% of the agreed price

- Up to 2 months before arrival date 50%

- Up to 1 month before arrival date 75%

- Within 1 month before arrival date 90%

- On the day of arrival 100% of the agreed price

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. It is not possible to take this out with us. If you cancel with a valid reason, you will receive a full refund of the travel price.

 

Cancellation by the business owner
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the business owner is entitled to cancel the reservation. Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure include:

 

- That the accommodation is no longer suitable for rental ( for example due to flooding, fire, or default of the accommodation provider.

- That the accommodation is no longer available (for example, due to a sudden sale of the housing, a double booking, or bankruptcy of the accommodation provider.  The business owner will inform the lessor of this immediately with a statement of reasons, by telephone or in writing. He will in this case try to offer a comparable accommodation at the same travel price. If no suitable alternative offer can be made, or the lessor does not agree with the alternative offered, the business owner will proceed to refund all or part of the travel sum already paid without the business owner owing the lessor any compensation for damages.

 

Liability
Wulpenweid is not liable for damage or injury caused as a result of staying in one of the Wulpenweid's properties or through the use of the facilities present on sites: inoperability and/or out of use of facilities and/or amenities, unless there is demonstrable negligence on the part of the Wulpenweid.

 

VAT rates
All rates quoted include VAT at the low rate of 9%.

 

Printing errors explicitly reserved
Despite the constant care and attention we pay to the composition of this site, it is still possible that certain information is incomplete or incorrect. The website of the Wulpenweid is compiled and kept up-to-date with the utmost care. The Wulpenweid cannot be held liable for any damage caused by incorrect listing. Changes and printing errors in dates, rates, and offers are explicitly reserved.

Relax and unwind at Wellness Garden Wulpenweid

The Wellness Garden Wulpenweid is located in our yard. Before or during your stay you can reserve time blocks of 2 hours per day to relax and use the barrel sauna and/or jacuzzi.
